Data categories, purposes and legal basis

POLYLEARN primarily processes data you provide voluntarily: identity, contact details, organisation, level, timeframe, goals, free-text messages and information needed to follow up on your enquiry. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of the service when you make a purchase, or POLYLEARN’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively.

When Google Tag Manager is configured, its script is loaded only after you give consent. It may then send events for page views, call-to-action clicks, FAQ openings, form submissions and offering selections. Information entered into form fields is not included in these events. Your choice is stored locally under the key polylearn_analytics_consent and can be reset by deleting this website’s data in your browser.

Recipients, processors and retention periods

Data is intended for POLYLEARN and, where necessary, its technical processors: Netlify for hosting and form collection, Google for consent-based audience measurement through Google Tag Manager, and Braintree and PayPal for payment processing. POLYLEARN does not claim to store full payment card details directly when payments are handled by these providers.

Contact and project information is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, follow up commercially or deliver the service, then archived or deleted according to its remaining usefulness and applicable legal obligations. Technical and measurement data is retained according to the settings of the infrastructure and tools actually used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data where the relevant right applies. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
