The public website is available free of charge to anyone with internet access. Certain offerings, resources, practice platforms or additional content are available only after purchase or account activation.
Ordering a paid offering constitutes acceptance of the displayed price, the stated access period and the scope of service described at the time of purchase. POLYLEARN reserves the right to adjust access to the public website for maintenance, security, updates or product changes.
Payment, access period and support
Prices are displayed before an order is confirmed. Payments are processed through Braintree and PayPal. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the sales page, offerings do not renew automatically. Paid access is granted for the period shown at purchase: sprint, 3 months or extended access, depending on the plan selected.
When a direct purchase is later replaced by a CPF-funded training programme approved with an authorised partner, POLYLEARN may refund the initial direct platform purchase under conditions communicated on a case-by-case basis. Liability, intellectual property and governing law
POLYLEARN endeavours to keep information accurate and services accessible, but does not guarantee that the website will be entirely free of errors or continuously available. POLYLEARN cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability, misuse of the service by a user or technical incompatibility beyond its control.
Content, learning paths, trademarks, visuals, tools and software elements remain protected by intellectual property law. TOEIC is a registered trademark of ETS. The website and preparation offerings are independent of ETS and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ETS. These terms are governed by French law. If no amicable resolution is reached, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
